Healthy Eating Snacks

If you are like me you started off your New Year with the intention on eating healthier. Sadly with day to day stress and time constraints those good intentions fade away and we are stuck back in our old routines of grabbing  the first thing within our reach or the most convenient thing which if we are going to be honest are probably chips,sodas, cakes,cookies,candy bars, or whatever else your office has,home or friend have lying around that is quick to grab and carry. Luckily for us SkinnyMs put out a lovely list of 50 healthy snacks that are quick to prepare,easy to travel with and taste delicious. Enjoy!!
