As the school year approaches, life can get busy and overwhelming. Sadly, when this happens your daily time with the Lord normally is the thing that gets pushed from our schedules. Bible study can become another check list of things completed for the day instead of a time of worship and thanks for all God has done and continues to do. We are a visually learning family. We keep all sorts of "prompts" in our house to remind us to do things. When I ran across this prayer calendar offered through Children's Ministry I could not pass it up.
Here is a great prayer sheet that you can laminate and give to each of your kids and yourself to help promote prayer in your home.We only use one for the whole family and each of us add on our prayer request and pray for them together as a family. This also allows each of the kids to pray for others requests as well privately.
